MUST HAVE:

• 3-5 years of Residential HVAC Experience (install or service); relevant trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• EPA Certification required, NATE Certification a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and diagnostics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, climb ladders, work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled and dependable RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIANS to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who is technically proficient, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for Service, Repair, and Replacement of Heating and Air Conditioning Systems in residential homes, while providing a customer experience that reflects our family values and service-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, etc.)
• Hand off tech generated leads to the project manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations according to code and manufacturer guidelines.
• Educate and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding service findings, repair options, and energy efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace inside clients' homes.
• Complete detailed service reports, invoices, and system documentation using company-provided software or mobile tools.
• Keep an organized inventory of parts and tools on the service vehicle.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs (shared among the team).
• Uphold safety standards and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in every interaction.
