Required Qualifications

Required : Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Family and Human Development or equivalent Two years experience working with children Two years supervisory work over the professional development of another adult.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred : Experience using the 3 ERS tools for observations. ( ITERS -3 ECERS -3 and FCCERS -3) Currently reliable on the ERS tools at 90% or higher. Excellent communication skills. Experience with the Child Care Quality System as implemented by the State of Utah Office of Child Care.
