Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with project managers and architects to define project requirements and budgets.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.

Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure budgets are maintained.

Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary project details.

Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.

Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
