Texas Licensed Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee the Property Accounting Department and manage accounting activities for a portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and manage the workload of the accounting team

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for a diversified portfolio of properties

Hire, train, and develop property accounting staff while evaluating internal processes for improvements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial property accounting or the real estate industry

3+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams

General understanding of computerized accounting systems; MRI experience required

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel

Advanced education in accounting or CPA designation is a plus
