About the Position :

ORA Orthopedics, a well-respected and established orthopedic practice, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible total joint orthopedic surgeon.

ORA Orthopedics is the Quad Cities' largest and most comprehensive orthopedic provider proudly offering an integrated continuum of care that includes orthopedic specialty clinics, walk-in care at our Urgent OrthoCARE clinics, diagnostic imaging, bracing, physical therapy, and outpatient surgery. We are an organization comprised of physicians and medical and administrative staff working together to make a difference in the lives of our patients by providing quality, compassionate, and accessible care.

The position includes a guarantee plus a productivity-based incentive, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental health insurance and retirement plan contributions. This position will have paid call obligations (1 : 10) for general orthopedic surgical care. This is a partnership track position and an amazing opportunity to build a very successful orthopedic practice.

Requirements :

• Must have obtained a MD or DO degree and completed an accredited residency program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be licensed and credentialed per facility policies and procedures.
