Role summary : BSI Consulting Services is growingand we're looking for a visionary leader to help shape that growth. As Regional Director, you'll lead a talented team of EHS consultants in the South West US, drive business performance, and play a key role in advancing BSI Consulting Service's three-year vision. This full-time, permanent position reports to the SVP, EHS Consulting Services and offers a hybrid working arrangement with regular travel across the Southwest, nationally and internationally. We're seeking a seasoned EHS leader who combines strategic insight, operational excellence, and a passion for client success.

This is more than a regional leadership roleit's a chance to influence our national strategy. You'll collaborate closely with other Regional Directors across the U.S. to align initiatives, deliver shared growth goals, and lead cross-regional projects that drive innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational success of the Southwest region in line with BSI's business objectives.
• Develop and deliver a regional business plan focused on growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing consulting team that delivers exceptional client outcomes.
• Oversee P&L and ensure excellence in service delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor and account leader.
• Partner with other Regional Directors to advance BSI's three-year vision through shared strategies and initiatives.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
