Clinical Pharmacist. (M-F 2 : 30p-11pm)
We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for hospitalized patients.
What You’ll Do :
- Verify and dispense medications accurately for inpatient use
- Review medication orders for safety, efficacy, and compliance with hospital policy and guidelines
- Monitor patient therapies and lab results, recommending adjustments to treatment as needed
- Provide drug information and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and care teams
- Supervise and verify the work of pharmacy technicians / students
- Document clinical interventions
- Participate in the multidisciplinary care of the patient
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, USP, state / federal laws)
