A company is looking for a Supervisor, Government Programs Intake.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Intake team to meet operational metrics and quality standards
Provide daily operational direction, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Manage workload balancing and address case escalations and provider issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a contact center environment
5+ years of experience working with CMS and other government programs
Proven ability to train and develop individuals and teams
Highly organized with the ability to drive process improvement initiatives
Flexible and comfortable working in a remote, fast-growing environment
