We are in search of a Bullpen Sales Representative who serves as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, driving business growth by offering solutions that help maintain cleaner, healthier, greener, and safer facilities. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with both new and established customers. The Sales Representative will identify and understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build a robust sales pipeline to ensure recurring revenue and long-term growth. As a client-facing position, this role requires a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join our growing team and help deliver impactful solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities Include :

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive sales in chemicals, paper products, foodservice disposables, industrial packaging, and janitorial products.
• Prospect, cold call, and engage existing clients daily to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to educate clients on optimal solutions for their businesses.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and issue resolution.
• Increase sales within existing accounts and pursue new business through targeted outreach.
• Work with internal teams to expand market share for key manufacturers.
• Resolve client concerns by coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company.

Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and contracts.

Collaborate with Marketing on sales materials and track activity using CRM software.

Participate in promotions and new product launches.

Compensation & Benefits :

The pay range for this role is $75,000- $85,000 per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
