Service Coordinator

Description:

Hennig, Inc., a world-wide leading manufacturer of machine tool protection, located in Machesney Park, Il, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail oriented individual with experience in coordinating service work, quoting, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on specifications and service needs
• Coordinate service appointments and manage scheduling of technicians
• Act as the main point of contact for technical inquiries from customers and field technicians
• Maintain records of service calls, quotes, and customer communications
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless service to the customer
• Follow up on quotes and service work to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in quoting, service coordination, and/or technical support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn our products and service details
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
