About the Position :

• Gynecology-only focus - no OB , no hospital call, no nights / weekends
• High volume surgical practice - full OR schedule with minimally invasive surgeries
• Flexible schedule - supports work-life balance, plus partnership opportunities with high earning potential
• Minimal shared practice call – enjoy greater autonomy and patient-focused care
• Competitive compensation in the $300K+ potential, sign-on bonus (negotiated based on individual needs)
• Full benefits package – health insurance, CME, paid malpractice insurance, and additional incentives
• Preferred candidates will have robotic surgical experience, though all board-certified OB / GYNs are encouraged to apply.
