JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for manufacturing process in injection molding and secondary operations.
- Support and provide training to set up technicians, molding technicians, and manufacturing supervisors.
- Document procedures in manufacturing as related to product development, process validation, and quality system
- Work with Tooling and establish QC fixtures design, manufacturing, and implementation of measurement systems.
- Support QC / QA, assembly and maintenance as needed.
- Install new equipment’s, that improve manufacturing lines and automation jobs.
- Make programs for automation robot EOAT tools for existing and new products.
- Make Program for laser marking machine to barcode products.
- Troubleshooting of all facility equipment’s like, molding machines, 3 axis robots, automation
machines, air compressor’s, water cooling tower, material dryers, material loading systems, material blenders.
