Position Responsibilities

Job Summary

As an ML / AI Engineer at Deltek, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges. You will build robust data pipelines, create production-ready ML services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with large-scale enterprise data, implement cutting-edge ML techniques, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Deltek's AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and NLP tasks using production-grade code and best practices.
• Build data pipelines for ML model training and inference; work with structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Implement model training workflows including data preprocessing, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
• Create production-ready ML services with RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications; ensure proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Process large-scale datasets from enterprise ERP systems, including time-series data, transactional data, and unstructured documents.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize research models and optimize for latency, throughput, and cost.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's ML engineering practices; document solutions and share knowledge.
• Support deployed models through troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementing improvements based on production metrics.

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $57000.00 - $99750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
