Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, skilled Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of producing consistent, high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, clear communication in English, and a commitment to cleanliness, teamwork, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas with skill, speed, and precision according to restaurant standards

Stretch dough, apply toppings, and manage bake times to ensure consistency and quality

Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked pizza station

Multitask effectively during high-volume service periods

Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and expo to ensure smooth service flow

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines

Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed

Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and execution

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a pizza maker in a professional kitchen

Ability to speak and understand English for effective communication

Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Skills

Experience with high-temperature or deck ovens

Familiarity with dough fermentation and handling

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
