Job Title : Bilinigual Customer Care Associate
Pay Rate : $21 / hr
Schedule : Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
Shifts Available : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
The Customer Care Associate II provides support to chain customers by answering inquiries via email, phone, and web. This role involves resolving operational issues, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist chain managers with customer account support and reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
- Participate in meetings and support initiatives from Sales and Marketing.
- Use company systems and technology to track and manage account requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share information and solutions.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Spanish.High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.1-3 years of customer service or account support experience.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.Work Environment & Requirements :
Hybrid schedule with moderate office noise.Physical demands : primarily sitting, some walking, talking, and hearing.
