Position Overview

As a Body20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with Body20 members and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients, prospects, and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
• Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
• Check members in, schedule appointments, and answer membership questions
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members
• Generate a monthly event calendar and participate in community events to promote the Body20 brand
• Create 2-3 social media posts per week
• Create content for a monthly newsletter

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service
• Morning shift availability (7am-1pm)
• Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
