Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and direction to Federal customers and internal staff during pre-sales activities
Analyze, design, and develop integrated technology solutions tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a software or data center environment
Fundamental knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
Strong work ethic and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Cx0 level personnel to address business challenges with technology solutions
Adaptable and open-minded approach to challenges
