We are currently looking for a motivated Inside Sales to join a dynamic team!

  • Weekly Pay : $23-25 / HR + Commission
  • Schedule : 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm (in-office position).

What must be accomplished :

  • Renew all services plans.
  • Control service plan churn through updating credit card EFT payments.
  • Send welcome emails and letters to all new members.
  • Follow-up on all unsold estimates greater than $3,500.
  • Convert free service plans into paying memberships.
  • Work closely with field service technicians and project managers to close estimates.
  • Utilize CRM system follow-up to track all progress for service plans and unsold estimates.
  • Other job duties assigned.

    • Requirements :

  • Inside sales experience is a plus!
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word and Excel
  • Experience utilizing Financing.
  • Sales Training
  • Self-starter
  • Possess 3 years’ work-related experience.
