Job Title- IT Service Desk
Location- Columbus, OH
Pay- $21/hr W2
Duration- 6 months contract
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Agent to join our 24/7 IT support team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing top-tier technical support and customer service via phone, chat, and email. The agent will resolve software and hardware issues, ensure timely incident resolution, and help identify areas for process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional phone-based support, triaging and resolving issues efficiently
• Log and track all incidents using a call tracking system
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software problems
• Support enterprise-level systems with professionalism and urgency
• Educate end-users and provide detailed, accurate documentation
• Maintain high first call resolution rates and meet service KPIs

• 2-5 years of technical support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Flexibility to work variable shifts as needed
