What You'll Do :

• Complete accurate and timely GL account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and support all components of the month-end close
• Apply GAAP principles across reconciliations, journal entries, project accounting, and reporting
• Support project-based accounting activities by assisting with job cost reviews, basic WIP tracking, and project-related variance analysis
• Produce ad hoc financial reporting - customer profitability, cash flow, spend trends, project performance insights, and other data-driven analytics
• Work within ERP systems and financial platforms in addition to Excel to support project financials and overall reporting
• Identify and resolve accounting and reporting variances, including project-level discrepancies
• Collaborate with the team to identify efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI and modern analytics tools
• Assist with audit support and documentation

What You Bring :

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the wage range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 / yr. The rate range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Adaptec Solutions considers factors including, but not limited to experience and geographic location.
