Senior Accountant - growth path to Controller!

Salary : $85,000-$105,000 + discretionary bonus

About the Role : Senior Accountant

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join a well-established organization with a strong reputation in the New England market. This is a high-visibility position where the Senior Accountant will support both project and corporate accounting while working closely with the Controller and project managers.

What You'll Do : Senior Accountant

  • Handle monthly AIA billing and project-related paperwork
  • Maintain subcontract files (contracts, insurance, lien waivers, retention)
  • Support Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting functions
  • Serve as backup in cash management, payroll, sales tax, and job cost maintenance
  • Provide support across finance, payroll, and project operations

    • What We're Looking For : Senior Accountant

  • Experience as a Senior Accountant , Project Accountant, or similar role
  • BS, Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Familiarity with construction accounting and AIA billing is a plus
