Schedule : Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Compensation : (based on experience)

Specializing in neuropsychological testing, psychiatric medication management, ketamine therapy, and telehealth care, NTX Care embraces compassion, innovation, and equity. Led by Jonathan Wayne, PMHNP-BC, the clinic ensures that care is accessible and stigma-free, whether in-person or online throughout the state. Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and managing patient records
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, lending support to the clinical team
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience working in healthcare or mental health settings is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus
• Commitment to providing inclusive and compassionate care
