The Role : 3PL Operations Manager-Chicago

We're looking for a 3PL Operations Manager to join our growing operations team and oversee Quince's domestic warehouse and fulfillment network. In this role, you will own the day-to-day performance of our third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective fulfillment across all channels.

This is a hands-on, high-impact operations role that blends analytical rigor with tactical execution. You'll partner closely with internal inventory, sourcing, and technology teams, as well as external logistics providers, to drive speed, accuracy, and scalability across our fulfillment network.

Success in this position means delivering operational excellence, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and driving continuous improvement to support Quince's mission of offering luxury quality at radically low prices.
