Join our dynamic Neurosurgery Unit as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you will provide exceptional care for a diverse and complex patient population. This role is critical in supporting post-operative patients, stroke care, and spinal surgeries, assisting in the recovery of individuals undergoing significant medical procedures.

Utilize the nursing process to assess and develop individualized care plans.Recognize significant changes in patient's conditions and take appropriate action.Coordinate discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.Licensure and Certification Required :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Physical Requirements :
