Coordinate discharge planning using an interdisciplinary approach. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Ability to lift, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with patient mobility as required. Exposure to potentially hazardous materials; protective gear will be provided.
Job Description :
Join our dynamic Neurosurgery Unit as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you will provide exceptional care for a diverse and complex patient population. This role is critical in supporting post-operative patients, stroke care, and spinal surgeries, assisting in the recovery of individuals undergoing significant medical procedures.
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
