Pay Information $250 to $350 per hour About The Position Vascular Neurology Locums in Illinois with Expedited Privileges! Physicians : Seize this ongoing Locums Assignment in Illinois to blend complex Neurointerventional work with flexible monthly scheduling. This is a rare chance to provide essential coverage while maximizing your time off. Highlights Ongoing Need starting January 2026 for long-term support. Temp privileges available with a clean background for a faster start. Travel and Lodging Provided for the duration of the Assignment . Work as an integral part of a comprehensive stroke program. Malpractice Insurance Included with your coverage. Practice Setting Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient setting caring for adult patients. Inpatient census of approximately 15 patients per day. Support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on a shared service. Schedule Only 7 shifts per month still available-maximize your flexibility. Block Scheduling includes 12-hour clinic days with weeknight call. 24-Hour Call is required with a 30-minute response time . Procedures and Cases Neurointerventional and endovascular procedures consistent with a comprehensive stroke program. Provide general neurology coverage in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Types of cases include Neurointerventional and general neurology coverage . Requirements Board Certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology is required. Required certifications include ACLS and BLS . Must hold an active Illinois state license. Minimum of 24 months of experience in your specialty. Credentialing Requirements Credentialing timeframe is approximately ~60 days . Temp privileges available with a CLEAN background.
