Application Developer

Key Responsibilities

• D365FO Development
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions using X++ and D365FO development tools.
• Build and manage integrations between D365FO and external systems using APIs, OData, and Data Management Framework.
• System Enhancements
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Testing & Documentation
• Assist with user acceptance testing.
• Work with the team to document technical designs, code changes, and deployment steps.
• Support & Maintenance
• Provide ongoing technical support for ERP applications.
• Monitor system health and apply updates/patches as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (X++, C#, .NET, Java, or similar).
• Experience with ERP development (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar) or enterprise application development.
• Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, OData) and data management.
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) development (X++, extensions).
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud architecture.
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.

Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 DOE
