A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Lifecycle / CRM Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Shape multi-channel lifecycle strategy and optimize behavior-based triggered campaigns
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement advanced messaging solutions and ensure CRM platform performance
Manage direct reports, run A / B testing, analyze performance, and maintain operational rigor in QA and compliance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on Braze experience
5+ years of CRM / Lifecycle Marketing experience in consumer-focused environments
Experience with API-driven messaging, SDK events, and backend integrations
Proficient in Braze Liquid logic and A / B testing
Experience managing team members and / or agency partners
