Position : RN – Med / Surg-Telemetry (Unit 10635 – Med / Surg)

Duration - 13 weeks

We are launching a new 10-bed Med / Surg / Tele unit in December 2025 and seek a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care to post-operative surgical and orthopedic patients, as well as medical / telemetry patients — including monitoring vital signs, telemetry data, administering medications, and managing patient comfort and safety.

Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, document care and patient progress, and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (physicians, therapists, social work, etc.) to coordinate patient care and support discharge planning and patient / family education.

Required Qualifications :

Current valid RN license.

Minimum 2 years of current hospital experience on a Med / Surg Telemetry unit — with exposure to post-op surgical and orthopedic patients.

Certification : BLS and ACLS (or willingness to obtain).
