A company is looking for a Sr. Principal, Global Finance Transformation & Record to Report.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and governance of the Record to Report process, ensuring compliance and standardization

Define and execute the Finance transformation roadmap, modernizing processes and systems

Serve as a cross-functional escalation point and represent Finance in governance forums

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

15+ years of experience in finance process design and transformation

Strong understanding of compliance, controls, and risk management frameworks

Experience with ERP and financial consolidation platforms

Expertise in finance transformation methodologies and change management
