Engineering Technician
Location : Carlsbad, CA
Shift : Second Shift
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM
Pay : $29.00 per hour
Position Type : Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Engineering Technician to support manufacturing and engineering operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role assists engineering teams with troubleshooting, testing, process improvement, and technical support to ensure efficient and high-quality production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering and manufacturing teams with technical tasks and troubleshooting
- Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance
- Conduct testing and validation of components and assemblies
- Analyze production issues and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Collect and document production and test data
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
