As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in leveraging marketing campaign strategies to create high-quality, measurable email and in-product experiences. In this pursuit, you'll work closely with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Data, and Sales. You'll have the opportunity to create, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable results, and bring your ideas to life!

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be working on :

• Marketing Automation Programs : Build and launch email and in-product programs across lifecycle marketing stages (from lead nurture and trial through add-on and renewal). This includes developing segmentation and answering audience questions leveraging our marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Marketo, Pendo, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau). In addition, support ad hoc marketing requests (e.g., webinar workflows, list setup, follow-up), operating through Asana intake
• A / B Testing & Experimentation : Support A / B Testing and experimentation, from program setup through analysis and measurement
• Dashboards & Reporting : Maintain performance dashboards and support regular weekly reporting for pipeline attribution, MQL?SQL conversion, add-on purchase, trial : buy rate, activation / adoption, list growth, and unsub trends
• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement : Responsible for quality assurance of marketing deliverables, ensuring flawless execution across inboxes, devices, and clients, ensuring best practices are being followed. Monitor and recommend improvements to deliverability (DMARC / DKIM / SPF, blocklist checks, bounce / complaint management) following global compliance guidelines (GDPR, CAN-SPAM); reporting on inbox and complaint rates
