As Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast, for the Graphics & Personal Auto business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective medium to long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Southeast region.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to support our performance-driven sales culture.
- Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to grow the business together and instill loyalty.
- Sales Execution : Lead the sales organization in account and channel planning, forecasting and execution to deliver sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Commercial Excellence : Drive operational rigor to optimize team and sales effectiveness and improve customer service.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (completed and verified prior to start)Ten (10) years of sales management experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
Master's degree in business from an accredited institution.Demonstrated ability, business acumen, and experience to successfully manage a complex supply chain, including distribution value-add partners and end customers.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team with strong principle-based coaching and collaboration skills.Work location :
Remote in Southeast states (GA, AK, AL, FL, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, or TX).
Travel : May include up to 30%
