• Work Schedule : Variable 8 and 12 hour shifts with an every other weekend and holiday rotation. Option for specialty weekend program in which you work 72 hours per pay period and get paid for 80

Job Description :

Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to using technology to provide virtual nursing care across inpatient units, including Ortho / Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiac, and Observation. In this RN role, you will improve the experience for both patients and staff by supporting patient care and collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and Interdisciplinary Teams

In this role you will assist with delegated virtual tasks with focus on (but not limited to) admissions, discharges, patient education, dual medication sign off and nightly rounding. Virtual Nurses will participate in scheduled shadowing on each Med / Surg Unit. These sessions are designed solely to build familiarity with unit-specific processes, patient populations, and team communication practices. No in-person patient assignments or floor coverage will be expected in this role.
