United Staffing Associates is currently seeking to hire a Account Executive to join our internal team & cover the Central Coast territories. The Account Executive plans, organizes, & implements sales programs for an assigned Branch Office & is responsible for achieving associated sales objectives. The position gathers & analyzes statistics to determine sales potential & profitability & may assist with training future Sales Team Members. Duties include: Engaging in new & existing client business development activities (including, but are not limited to: cold calling, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company/department profiles & organizational charts, marketing candidates, scheduling & conducting new & follow-up client visits); Developing & executing on business development strategy for market penetration; Engaging prospective clients confidently; Determining interests & motivators of key decision-makers; Qualifying opportunities & creating target lists for vertical markets; Developing superior customer relationships through client meetings, lunches, & other out of office activities; Consistently achieving sales quota; Conducting market research & qualifying target accounts within local geography; Keeping current on market dynamics & trends within specific markets & regions & forecasting client demands; Establishing client expectations & effectively communicating to appropriate parties to ensure customer satisfaction; Facilitating development of professional service agreements (including negotiation of terms when necessary) between company & clients; Demonstrating strong focus on exceptional service to both clients & candidates; Demonstrating well-developed presentation skills including both verbal & written communication skills; Demonstrating strong commitment to team environment; Demonstrating strong problem-solving & negotiation skills; Maintaining courteous, professional, & effective working relationships with employees at all levels of organization; Performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/recruiting exp.; 3+ yrs professional outside sales exp. with focus on customer service in team-oriented environment; Possession of valid driver’s license & current automobile insurance; MS Office exp., including Word, Excel, & Outlook; Proficient at handling difficult client negotiations with professionalism & respect; Self-starter who is highly self-motivated to not only meet goals & expectations but to exceed them; Exhibit entrepreneurial mindset & professional image; Exhibit strong drive for results & success, convey sense of urgency to achieve outcomes & exceed expectations, & persist despite obstacles, setbacks, & competing influences; Quick learner, flexible & adaptable to changing demands of business; Ability to thrive under pressure to meet hard deadlines; Desire to learn & advance in fast-paced sales environment & excel in rewards driven culture based on performance; Ability to work in fast-paced, team-centric environment; Exceptional ability to multitask & possess prioritization skills; Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
