Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and construction industry, is seeking a Documentation Control Assistant Data Entry to join their team. As a Documentation Control Assistant Data Entry, you will be part of the Document Control team supporting Project Managers and Engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : $22

What's the Job?

• Assist the document control team and Project Managers in delivering quality materials and inputting information on engineering projects
• Set up for multiple small projects and assist with medium and larger projects as needed
• Collaborate to establish standards and procedures for document management
• Communicate document system procedures with team members effectively
• Coordinate documents with engineers, compile electronic project data books, and issue transmittals to clients and vendors
