Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with guests and members. Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed. Clearly explain service options, promotions, and membership benefits to clients. Help ensure the spa is clean, organized, and welcoming. Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client records. Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. This role involves supporting daily spa operations, assisting clients with check-in and check-out, promoting services and memberships, and helping maintain a clean and professional spa environment. Sales Associates are also responsible for meeting individual sales goals through the promotion of memberships, upgrades, and retail products.
