[job_card.job_description]Assist with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist Provide high-quality, hands-on outpatient therapy focused on patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines Outpatient Physical & Sports Therapy Manual / Functional Therapy Techniques Acute & Chronic Rehabilitation Pre- & Post-Operative Care Return to Sport Rehabilitation Return to Work Programs Specialty Practices California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or license pending) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Mobility : Ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists Lifting : Ability to lift and carry equipment or assist patients as needed (up to 50 pounds) Standing : Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions Manual Dexterity : Proficiency in using therapy tools and equipment Visual & Auditory Skills : Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively Flexibility : Adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments

Salary Range :
Starting hourly rate at $32.00 up to $40.00 plus monthly production incentive - commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable
