• Effectively implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and conduct necessary treatments and tests while adhering to company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess and identify patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to guide patient care management decisions.
• Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
