The LE Sales Representative will increase sales by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers. Duties include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers as outline below.

Responsibilities
- Conducts market research to identify and contact prospective customers
- Qualifies prospects to build a consistent pipeline to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Contacts Law Enforcement Departments, Units and Agencies, fostering new sales opportunities
- Schedules and conducts product demonstrations with potential customers
- Demonstrates products to educate potential / existing customers, assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs
- Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Maintains relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business
- Makes phone calls, in-person visits, and demonstrations to existing and prospective customers
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Plans and organizes a personal sales strategy to maximize time utilization
- Updates and maintains records of all sales leads and / or customer accounts
- Provides a monthly report detailing all closed opportunities, sales, and deals
- Identifies industry events and coordinates logistics – registration, attendance, and display
- Attends industry shows and conferences to identify potential leads, to make meaningful contact with existing customers, and to represent Rugged Suppressors
- Coordinates with Marketing to create content specific to the LE market
- Tracks industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Requirements : Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR regulationsFamiliarity with types and uses of various firearms and related devices5+ years of Law Enforcement experience (highly preferred)Able to lift 35 lbs. on occasionWilling to travel 60% of the timeEffective communication and presentation skillsCompensation
