Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced , guest-focused environment where no two days are the same? Crawfish Cafe, the home of bold flavors and unforgettable seafood experiences, is looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Service Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities :

Manage daily FOH operations including table flow and guest satisfation
Coach, train, and motivate servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver exceptional
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and create memorable experiences
Support the Service Manager in driving sales, building a winning culture, and ensuring smooth service
Proficient in all front of house positions
Monitor inventory levels and enforce effective inventory control procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
Utilize POS systems, Toast POS, to process orders and payments
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating service

Qualifications :

1+ years management experience in hospitality and food service

Strong leadership and communication skills and able to motivate and manage a team under pressure

Guest-first mindset with a knack for solving problems quickly and professionally

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Passion for food, hospitality, and building strong team culture

Work Requirements

54 work hours per week

Work nights, weekends, and holidays
