A company is looking for an IT Systems Manager, Firm Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT operations support, ensuring system uptime and reliability for partner firms

Lead M&A integration efforts, aligning technology and managing cross-functional projects

Oversee configuration and governance of enterprise services, ensuring a seamless end-user experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

5-8+ years managing enterprise IT environments, especially with Microsoft 365 and Azure

Experience with CPA / professional services applications and M&A technology integration

Proven ability to build and maintain scalable cloud systems

Preferred Microsoft certifications and ITIL certification / experience
