Cisco Flex Leadership Experience Program
FLEX is a 3-year leadership development program at Cisco under the People, Policy, and Purpose Organization (3P). FLEX's name is derived from the vision the program has for participants to Find their passion and community, LEad their career, and work, and EXplore the world of potential at Cisco. As part of FLEX-EL, you will embark on a three-year leadership journey through a series of rotations (3-12 months each, though rotations typically last 12 months) within our 3P organization. In your first weeks at Cisco, you will receive thorough onboarding exposing you to everything Cisco and 3P, hearing directly from leaders across our organization to deepen your understanding of the opportunities available to you and help you best determine where you would like to begin your journey within 3P. As part of the 3P organization, participants will rotate through a wide array of opportunities including, but not limited to :
Following the 3-years, graduates of the FLEX Program enter full-time roles across the 3P organization based on their career goals and interests.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and / or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed below, the recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.
