As a PATROL_UNARMED officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. What You'll Do : Provide outstanding customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations and incidents as needed. Perform regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and use problem-solving skills to address issues appropriately. Support emergency response activities by following site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel. Document observations, incidents, and / or unusual activities according to established guidelines. Observe and report on conditions within the manufacturing and industrial location, noting any security-related risks or hazards. Minimum Requirements : Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Access control or badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
