What You'll Do :

• n CNC Operation : Set up full production cycle and operate CNC Lathe machines for tasks such as turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling.
• n Machine Optimization : Optimize setup times, improve productivity, maintain offsets, and maximize machine utilization.
• n Blueprint Interpretation : Read and understand blueprints and route instructions.
• n GD&T Application : Apply expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• n Program Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot programs and make necessary adjustments.
• n Inspection Process : Follow in-process part inspection protocols and report non-conformance issues to the Supervisor / Lead.
• n Collaborative Communication : Coordinate with superintendents, managers, production control, and quality personnel to resolve quality concerns.
• n Safety Compliance : Work safely and consistently wear required PPE throughout the shift.
• n Shift Documentation : Record and document issues for a seamless shift transition.
• n Preventive Maintenance : Perform daily maintenance checks and document findings.
