The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in federal income tax consulting, particularly with operating partnerships. Responsibilities include analyzing tax issues, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, and drafting firm-wide alerts. Strong proficiency in tax research databases and Excel is preferred, alongside a CPA or JD qualification. This role supports a work / life balance with a hybrid work model.
