Job responsibilities:
Develop financial forecasts for corporate, departmental, and project-level earnings and cash flow.
Analyze historical performance trends and identify key drivers impacting business results.
Prepare annual budgets and monitor resource allocation across business units.
Participate in quarterly close activities, focusing on reporting for assets under management and fundraising.
Support financing initiatives by preparing materials for lenders and rating agencies.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or consulting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling skills.
Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Workday or similar systems.
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Qualifications:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build and manage complex financial models for forecasting and analysis.
Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and presenting to senior stakeholders.
