Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop financial forecasts for corporate, departmental, and project-level earnings and cash flow.

• Analyze historical performance trends and identify key drivers impacting business results.

• Prepare annual budgets and monitor resource allocation across business units.

• Participate in quarterly close activities, focusing on reporting for assets under management and fundraising.

• Support financing initiatives by preparing materials for lenders and rating agencies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

• 6+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or consulting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling skills.

• Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Workday or similar systems.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
