3rd Shift Welder

LOCATION : Chelsea, MI

COMPENSATION : Depends On Experience

HOURS :

  • 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM

SHIFT PREMIUMS : Offered for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

BREAKS : All shifts include one 15-minute break and a 20-minute paid lunch break. As lunch is paid, employees must remain on company property.

JOB SUMMARY : As a 2nd Shift Welder, you will be responsible for producing quality welds on automotive parts, adhering to strict safety and production guidelines. You will work with a dedicated team to support manufacturing goals and ensure product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various automotive components.
  • Follow safety and production guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Inspect completed work to meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain welding equipment and report any mechanical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Comply with all safety and PPE requirements.
