To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Mechanical Engineering Manager located in Fontana CA. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Mechanical Engineering Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the mechanical engineering department. This position provides technical and project leadership using hands-on approaches while exercising tactical flexibility while focused on the strategic goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Hires and trains the mechanical engineering staff.
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
