A company is looking for a Bilingual Consumer Collector.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with businesses via telephone and written correspondence

Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties

Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire necessary background information

Required Qualifications :

Customer service experience is required

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry

Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements

Dependability and goal-oriented mindset

Experience in deescalating adverse situations
