A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support contract administration and procurement operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle including intake, SOW drafting support, submission, tracking, and documentation
Coordinate contract processes within systems such as Coupa or similar platforms and manage purchase orders and invoice processing
Maintain contract trackers, repositories, and reporting tools while serving as a liaison between internal teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
5 - 7+ years of experience in business operations, contract administration, procurement, or related roles
End-to-end contract lifecycle management experience required
Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor management
Familiarity with contract management systems and operational reporting tools
Bachelor's degree preferred; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
